What Does a Junior Cloud Engineer Do?
As a Junior Cloud Engineer at INTEGY, you’ll be working directly with our support customers, helping them get the most from their Microsoft cloud investments. This includes:
✅ Microsoft 365 Support – Helping organisations manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
✅ Endpoint Management with Intune – Deploying policies, managing Windows 11 devices, and securing endpoints.
✅ Identity & Security with Entra ID – Supporting secure access, conditional access policies, MFA, and identity protection.
✅ Cloud Security & Compliance – Assisting in monitoring and improving security posture across Defender for Endpoint and Sentinel.
✅ Automation & Scripting – Learning and using PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
